I am not making fun of anybody over here. Can't you look at the density of my hair?
Density is fine ... you're freaking out for nothing.

As I said, you need to spend your time and money into improving yourself in other arenas/aspects.. not hair. You have greatly thick hair with no area being slick bald.Bro, are you making fun out of me? See the below photo.
yes my BMI was like 17.4 last time I checked. maybe I lost weight from spironolactone? or from being anti-sugar.His BMI must be less than normal. His boobs are much protruding because of being underweight, imo.
Edit: less protruding
they've been itching again after upping progesteroneI think that may have been before he added progesterone to the mix, which also can increase gyno (and is what mtf use to promote tanner stage maturation). @bridgeburn have you noticed any difference?
I took progesterone 100ml for a week once a day, my gynecologist became a little less, except for progesterone in these 7 days I did not take anythingHow do you know progesterone had converted to androgens? Did you test your levels before and after adding it?
Yes, spironolactone definitely causes visible weight loss.yes my BMI was like 17.4 last time I checked. maybe I lost weight from spironolactone? or from being anti-sugar.
I think any amount of gyno/boob is more noticeable though when the stomach is flat and frame is small

Spironolactone gave me regrowth but only on the forelock that I have to admit. But elsewhere, it is failing to stop my balding. That’s not hairloss that’s something called a side parting.
Seriously you aren’t balding. You have fuzzies on your forehead. My girlfriend isn’t balding. And I often look at her hair and when she has it up and it is slightly parted it looks the exact same as yours.
Some people have said you are balding on here. Maybe you was. I don’t know but to keep saying that your treatments aren’t working is complete lies because you have shown us proof and your hair has either completely recovered or you are a hypochondriac and wasn’t balding in the first place.
Main reason I've lowered my dosage and am planning to jump off it. Definitely made me look more gaunt. Not sure if that's the diuretic effect or indeed a weight loss thing though.Yes, spironolactone definitely causes visible weight loss.
Diuretic effect should have only reduced water weight but I'm about 5-7kg down so I'm 100% sure that it causes serious weight loss. I have no option though - I would prefer hair over muscles - can't take Bica because I'm merely 19 and will therefore get extreme feminizing effects.Main reason I've lowered my dosage and am planning to jump off it. bro there is hair growing on your forehead, what do u mean your hairline is receding????Bro, are you making fun out of me? See the below photo.
Thank you @Guido . What is your regime now?@Father_of_Shiseido
hello I from experience spironolactone is useful if you accompany it with another antiandrogen ... I use spironolactone plus flutamide and there I decrease my fall ... try it with bicalutamide ...
your hair looks great but if you see lost I understand you the same thing happens to me everyone says that my hair is fine but I know that I have lost
Bro, I saw your pic. You have a lot more hair than me. Nonetheless, you are taking 150 mg bicalutamide. Don't take it at your age.bro there is hair growing on your forehead, what do u mean your hairline is receding????
DHTcel once told why one must not take SAAs and Nsaas together.@Father_of_Shiseido

I dont know about you, but if I post my hair pics everyone would be taking the piss on me. I am in the "early stages" of diffuse thinning. Well, it isnt really early, as I lost about ~30% maybe 40% (without any exageration) of my hair and it still look like a full head of hair.Bro, are you making fun out of me? See the below photo.
Bro my hair loss started 10 years back, that too at an extremely high pace. Thanks to dutasteride and finasteride which helped me all those days. I only resorted to spironolactone when everyone was telling me that I am gonna loose my hair.I dont know about you, but if I post my hair pics everyone would be taking the piss on me. People like us get downplayed because our hair loss is not easily noticeable.
I confirmed my hair loss by two derms, and one pic where miniaturized hairs were clearly showing. Try and take a pic very close to your scalp to check if you have miniaturization, perhaps you dont have any hair loss!
basically NSAA's were made to prevent ANY ar signaling by >90% by action of full antagonism of the AR.
Do you get your bica from a Doctor or order it online?basically NSAA's were made to prevent ANY ar signaling by >90% by action of full antagonism of the AR.
SAA's no matter how high of the dose will always have Androgen receptor partial agonism, where SAA's binds to the androgen receptor and causes it to express much more weakly than if an androgen such as testosterone or DHT had bound to it.
So no matter how high the dose of the SAA, there will always be SOME degree of AR signaling.
If you look at the chemical structure of SAA's, it is almost identical to that of androgens in fact.
