Just applied minoxidil foam to my wet hair again, im fed up with a diffuse thinning mess staring back at me. Once i have lost weight i have decided to get more aggressive in my hair loss fight. Still weighing up my options but low dose of spironolactone 25mg and bica is what im thinking. If that doesn't help within a year im jumping on estradiol. Im concerned about infertility though.

I should add my baldness can currently be easily hidden when dry, but when wet it's a disaster, i can't be afraid of water touching my hair for the rest of my life lol

Bicalutamide and estradiol will have benefits which outweigh the negatives, in my opinion. In terms of infertility, you should maybe get some sperm frozen before starting. I wanted to do that initially, but impatience got the better of me...

What dosage of bica do you take? it's £27 for 28 pills of 50mg on shesalady, if i have to take 150mg a day then that becomes quite pricey, as for the 25mg spironolactone, im just going to take that to counteract water retention from oral minxoidil. I have a good feeling about this sort of regimen to make my hair look half decent when wet, estradiol is still a big jump for me, i want to make sure i have tried all the other options before trying it. How is your progress going btw?

I combine 2mg/day of estradiol with 50mg/day of bicalutamide. My progress is going alright, my picture updates are all on the discord.

Just a warning to everyone considering bicalutamide, it definitely works but the side effects are serious. Don’t take for granted this idea that you won’t get sexual sides. I’ve gotten way more than I had on Spironolactone.

rectal levels are higher than oral, I just want to test progesterone rectally, and estradiol for eggs

I'm probably going to start taking progesterone soon as it can be a very potent AA due to it's gonadotropin effects. Particularly if you have high enough circulating progesterone, it's able to overstimulate your pituitary causing it to signal your body to stop producing testosterone. Then you can reprogram your endocrine system. Granted if you still want T, it's not the way to go. But for those on strong AA's it might be a more viable (and potentially healthier long term) option.

I am back on bi-estro care on hairline (1 pump is 1mg estriol and 0.25mg estradiol) + progesterone 40mg on testicles (will likely increase this)

After applying bi-estro last night, about 30m-60m later my libido increased quite a bit... sexual desire is way up.

So basically, using Prog topically on balls > oral use

I must say, used on balls.. I am noticing a bit of decreased penile sensitivity. Nothing crazy but orgasm isn't as pleasurable. I noticed on estrogen, orgasm may even be better...
