I currently take 1,25mg Finasteride every day. The andrologist prescribed me 5mg Tablets. When I mentioned back then Bica, he said yes, but that it's nothing for me, because I may not get kids.
Well, that's fine. Why not become our resident expert on RI's in the interim and make detailed logs in writing and pictorially. You might need to titrate upwards and we need more anecdotes about that in terms of finding a finasteride optimal dosage for younger guys or those with sides.

I confess that I have already dedicated part of my life to higher education, much of advanced Biology and Chemical, but many users here have an unusual intelligence much more than me , something empirical, wise, I am beginning to believe that great minds meet great minds.

Don't know what to do against this diffuse thinning...

I hope finasteride+bicalutamide will fix this ,_,

I might use minoxidil when the shedding of Androgenetic Alopecia stopped.

I will be bald in a few years if I dont do smt.
I haven't seen this before. It is similar to when I was 19-21 so yes, at least this confirms an issue for you unlike some of the other folks on the "woe is me, I am going bald folks" who are often trolling I think.

I have felt a kindred spirit in bridge from reading his stuff as though I sort of know him and from you in terms of people who want to know things, not only but who actually have expertise in drawing upon all of their expertise in an explicative manner. Notice no one ever argued with Bridge except for the anti-trans crowd. His word was all but dogma and rightfully so. I struggle to find things that he put into print that are off base.

Yeah :( I am really desperate, dont know what to do. I actually am thinking of doing an orchiectomy and supplementing E to just stop this disease. I am getting mentally ill, and cry about it a lot.

Anyone who wants to restore their hair, I strongly recommend using progesterone!

I think you are too young for that. And you will still need E that way to grow hair although it should maintain most of what you have. If you do want to be MtF and pass, then yes now is the time but you haven't wanted that. How tall are you?

I'm 178cm. And I am not transgender. I just want hair. I might kill myself.

Studies? Not against you. I search for P4 hair studies almost completely in vain and there are few to none related to feminization. The major pro-P4 writings on progesterone do not mention hair and MtF's largely lack any hair theories at all. That's one reason why I am so into my research about HRT, beauty, hair and feminization in general, breast-growth and hair growth included.

Calm down my friend, don't do anything crazy, we are here to share the weight with you and help you, the road is long but there is a light at the end of the path we have examples of those who have already left this hole, just be patient and act, you won't you can stay on finasteride until October I say and repeat, you need to complement it, even if it is with topical minoxidil.

Yes. Try 2 percent which hopefully leads to no shedding or less so and add any sort of mild dandruff shampoo.

I am currently using mild baby shampoo.

And yes I have dandruff. Whats the relation of dandruff to male pattern baldness?

androstendione will make problems and get metabolisized to DHT

the body will produce E2 and DHT in the cells ftom basicly androstendion. after some years, the adrenal glands get tired.

the best way against hairloss and to dtay androgyny is estradiol and a little bit progesterone..

cpa, dutasteride, bica and many more are not healthy on the long run

i dont want to teach you something. these are only my results over years of playing with antiandtogens only and without trdtosterone and edtradiol. the androfenoverexpression will come one day... the cells work without T and with androstendione to metabolize DHT en mass. .....
Ugh. I wonder if this can be prevented with duta.

No idea about the stability of levels but the rest of the above is simply incorrect. Notice Almas, how I almost always phrase things with the terms "tend so" or "often". You just make these blanket statements that are incorrect using one thing that you picked out of an article somewhere. Hormonal meds can work differently for all of us. I post testing results. We all await your testing results so we can verify what you say even with respect to you, alone even though that is still only anecdotal.
On Bicalutamide, you get more predictable hormone levels, while on estradiol, you have to get tested and make sure your T does not drop too much. Although I'm not sure if it is possible to lower T levels slightly with low doses of E, but not make E the main hormone

Dandruff is a sign of inflammation and a DHT artifact so reducing dandruff might be likely to reduce inflammation. I have posted articles relevant to this on this thread and my own the past few days. Inflammation is the hot thing now in baldness treatment it appears.
