Yes. This is a tremendous sensitivity to androgens.
The higher E just downregulates the AR as well... and the elevated E protects the follicles too... weird cases who can't maintain on 150mg Bicalutamide, that's just sad.

The results were good at first, I moved onto injections shotly after and things were going good. I was an idiot and decided to lower my finasteride, bica and e doses at the same time and lost most of the hair I gained. My libido shot back up, with greasy hair and oily skin. Since going back on injections, finasteride and bica I haven't been able to get back to where I was, my hair still gets greasy and scalp still itches.
Is it possible that you experience hyperandrogenicity, because you literally switched from heavy drugs to milder dosages...

That is why I am interested in E, which remains the last way out of this terrible situation.

Then you enter the real realm of transitioning lol. But thats the only way to kill it totally, see Bridgeburn.
If I use E, I will try not to lower T too low. I'll start with the lowest dose and watch what she does with her hair and T and E levels.

I think you're right, I just hope over time I get to where I was. My T is in the castrate range, and my E is in the pregnancy range but still losing ground.

Yeah over time this should be solved by itself... body needs to be accumulated to all the changes Ig.

free test is 0.006nmol/l
oestadiol 11010pmol/l
prolactin was quite high at 647 mU/l
Wow, you definitely don't need much bica... maybe only even 15mg is enough lol. But yeah, go for 50-75...

Can you elaborate what's Prolactin's effect on the hair? I hear it many times mentioned.

"reatment of the hair follicles with high doses of prolactin resulted in a significant inhibition of hair shaft elongation and premature catagen development, along with reduced proliferation and increased apoptosis of hair bulb keratinocytes."
Just googled it, I've heard people mention high prolactin is bad for hair, maybe this is why I'm still losing ground. It's weird because my symptoms are still androgenic, like greasy hair, inceased sex drive etc. At the time of the test I was experimenting with cypoterone acetate, which may have been the cause of the high prolactin.

My hair is very greasy and scalp itchy etc naturally...

I cant understand that. I have lower T than average while using finasteride. Weird

I have high hopes for these dosages. It is cheap and does not cause strong breast growth. It would be nice if 50-75mg stops Androgenetic Alopecia and thickens the hair a little
It works for most people, if it doesn't then add finasteride/E2, or if you don't care about feminization you can start off with them.

If 50mg does not help, I will switch to 100mg. If 100mg doesn't help, I'll start experimenting with E. There is a man named Maave who achieved 100mg of temples regrowth even though he didn't even use Finasteride.
