If Bicalutamide does not stop baldness, then 100 pg / mg will only reduce T to the average male value, it is far from a fact that this will help

The thought came to me: Bicalutamide has been tested in older people with low T, which should mean that in younger people with high T, it does not lower PSA as much, which makes a 150mg dosage meaningful.

Oh, that's a great point you got there. Nice thought!

The return of the classical music person. How is your hair line faring? We are depending upon you to report to us about the Backdoor Pathway involving DHT. The first time I heard this term, lol, I thought that it was a euphemism for a*** sex....
I'm still on HRT, but went the hair system route after 3 years of balding misery. You can kind of see with certain hairstyles, I'm gonnu try some hair fibres on my return to work (I milked the post surgery leave for as long as possible)
Every day I think about you and think about the reason for your loss. How is it possible to go bald after an orchiectomy while on Bicalutamide? I can't believe it
By the way, what effects of HRT have you experienced? Are you getting more fat? Do you think I can be in boyfriend mode while on HRT without getting too feminine? I'm afraid to enlarge my buttocks
Definitiley some fat redistribution and hip widening, facial hair loss and my skin is paler. I probably look somewhere between a guy and a girl, but you can see when shaved my hairline never improved.

I am confused. That frontal recession looks a bit pulled back but the overall effect is far from bald, unless that is the system in the pic. Franz is a young person. Why can't HRT restore for them?

Yes, I will have to abandon the idea of HRT and hope for a miracle from Bicalutamide ... Or try low dosages E
In general, increase E, but not decrease T below male values
How long did it take for your hips to get wider?

Sorry I shold have explained, you ned to shave the scalp to fit the system, if you look closely you can see the hairline at probably a NW3. The other 2 pics are of the hair system, it's almost undetectable in most lighting.

I noticed the wider hips at around 6 months, and I started off at a very high dose of injections. I have noticable boobs, cand need a binder to wear a t shirt

Yeah, I've ordered some stuff called Gofybr to hide the roots if I have a centre parting. There's a noticable difference in density between the system and my natural hair.

Why won't extreme HRT work for you like it did for Bridge and for me, at least so far:)

I try to promote Beethoven's status as the greatest composer and pianist of all time. He was definitely the greatest composer and it isn't close particularly to me.

Worst mistake in the history of Classical music? It was when Beethoven sucked the life out of the ending of the 9th symphony by appending a not-particularly tuneful or interesting tone poem to the end. Always finish on a high note, as they say. In the movies when they use the 9th as background music like in Die Hard, they always stop the tape when the classical part ends. I wish they would edit it out, lol. Ludwig, my hero, what were you thinking?
I love the Beethoven movie and I think it was there were the edited out the tone poem. Otherwise, ten minutes spoken German:

I wish I knew, my hair has improved somewhat just not to the extent that I'd be happy with. At one point things were going well, around 8 months ago. My skin looked great, and people said I looked 16, my sex dive was non existent (which was very relieving) but I kept changing my regimen, like my E2 dosage, bica dosage, I tried cyproterone acetate (hated it), Zoladex, spironolactone, enzalutamide, dutasteride, finasteride, progesterone, medroxyprogesterone, oral minoxidil, various supplements.
If I have any takeaway from this, if you find a regimen that works just stick to it.

From what I understand, he was a bit of a character. He would slam the keyboard on his students hands when they made a mistake, people said he would mutter to himself when waking in the street. The death of his beloved mother deeply affected him, and then there's the syphillis. I guess it all built his character and made his later compositions unique.

I don’t know what to do if Bicalutamide doesn’t help. I'm not ready to live with hip extension, fat redistribution on HRT, etc. Oh sh*t...

He apparently led to improvements in piano string construction as he was constantly breaking them with fits with how I view him in my head. We also have/had a cartoon character who always played Beethoven on a toy piano but it sounded like it was a real piano. I remember my father was impressed when I was seven years old or so, when the 5th of Beethoven came on and I identified it by hearing. I was like, they play it on Peanuts all of the time. Learning can take place anytime but Asterix has never been popular here. Americans don't get it at all and our Latin is rusty from catechism.

Again. Half of MtF's don't get much of any of that. I am sort of known in the community for my big D cups and everyone wants to know my opinion on using HRT to maximize breast size.

What about E2 only via a steady state or continuous ingestion method, in particular, patches and injections? I am not sure and it might be a coincidence because I raised levels greatly in general but when I went to the patch was when my hair results really improved. Try two and that will get you probably north of 300 pg/ml which could be an important threshold estrogen level. My theory is that you are trying to undo years of T bombardment and this puts you behind cis-females who can get by on 100 to 200 pg/ml but you are trying to reverse an inertial process so you need much more. XY's with hair seem to have seemless transitions hair-wise with the hair becoming longer in anagen and length with a much nicer texture. I am forgetting the gal's name as I haven't seen her in a while but she comes on and has gorgeous long black hair. Now she had pretty darn good guy hair and it was pretty long but you could really see the quality differences hair-wise in her transition.

There is the hair system route, it's not ideal but if nothing else works...

Being on higher levels for a long period may downregulate the E2 receptors, which is why estrogen implants aren't geat. They produce a steady level of estrogen, which is unnatural. The same may be said for being on consistently high levels, from injections and waiting for the end of the half life from estradiol valerate before injecting may be better.
Edit: I think I know the girl you mean, she was flawless even from starting HRT at 30+
