So many people are using very bad treatments on this forum with no idea about the reason it can't work. Some are even stubbornly not reading advices from people who know a little more. These people deserve to bald because they act stupid. But this section of the forum is even worse than that. Now you got people with no clue whatsoever who have at their disposal HRT to solve their baldness issue. What a circus!

You can safely drop the derma rolling if you have a Dr Pen. In fact do it in the name of safety. Wounding by tearing is worse especially when you have a dermapen.
The variable here is that a stamper is likely to be best when treating areas with large amounts of scar tissue because of the pressure that is pressed into the scar. I have all of these circular scars and they all are productive with hair so that's the main reason why I might still do both but things have improved so much that it's only the hairline and there's no scar tissue in the "original" hair line which had a large cowlick in front.

Why duta plus finasteride? My insurance covers both even at the same time. So if finasteride is 70 percent effective and duta 90 percent that's 160 percent and I love those odds. To me, they might each work slightly differently and they could have some sort of interaction but I don't need either most likely but backdoor pathway and all of that as I sit at 4ng/dl. I doubt losing here at 4ng/dl is even possible, knock on wood, Hecate!

Not really. Most people here have really good results. The few people being stupid I have seen here are those on high doses of CPA, or drinking RU lol.

I think the only risk to damage would be if you needle beyond a standard depth
HF sit safely at 4mm depth. Microneedling at that depth would be like poking a 1/4" needle 400,000 times in your scalp. Expect some bleeding. Wounding higher than 1.5mm is useless based on many studies. We are not trying to bleed to trigger neogenesis. Skin after microneedling should look like a sunburn.

The very good results are mostly due to HRT done with a sense of logic (the best results are under doctor supervision.) Even the OP stopped from going all over the map with mixed CPA/spironolactone/Bica to a more regular HRT regimen. And he was a good responder to it. So is @keepcoolmybabies. Other folks with impatience and no knowledge of HRT and hair loss drugs, that's a total different story.

Don't disagree but scar treatment might need 2.0 to 2.5mm. We still have no real protocols nor described "results" since folks like me are at 30 months of at least once a week derma-rolling. That's a lot of time to keep at something but when the miracle comes who am I to say no.

Right. If an area is slick bald, I see no reason why this would hurt.

All you need is love sang the Beatles but all you need in most circumstances is estradiol and any type almost will suffice. None of that other stuff is proven to do anything more than E2 in most cases. But the reality is that I use every treatment that works regardless but just Estrogel could work great and it's easy to use. Love the stuff....

Who am I to argue with folks on a zero to single digit reaction with brand new accounts. Good luck everyone.

PS: rodents love rat poison. That's the reason they eat it.

Right. If an area is slick bald, I see no reason why this would hurt.
Yeah, right? I mean even before any hair improvement, the collagen of the area improves rapidly and you can really see the difference. It used to hurt to micro needle my hands but now they are built up and used to it. Everybody's so afraid of doing the wrong thing. Anybody copying my protocol is likely to have perfect hair if they were not bald to begin with, like KCMB. I highly doubt that it would be possible to do my program and stay bald in 99 percent of cases. Whatever the purported gaps in HRT for hair, I have several other potent factors going like copious retin-A, Estrogel carriers, Vitamin C serum and minoxidil in addition on the scalp.

No pain! No gain! I actually get regular botox treatments for my hair. How many others bother with that? Just saying when people lose their hair, they say that they will try anything but that usually turns out not to be the case or short-lived. Has any other person on Earth documented 30 months straight of micro needling ever?

What literally has no merit is E3. You can’t find one individual on the entire internet with results from it lol. Plenty of guys on these forums have tried it to no avail.
