Update: Jaw surgery has given me perfect (frontal/lower third) headshape for shaved head look. Even tho im still swollen, looks hella good. Recommended.

been considering a jaw surgery myself, altho im more of a slight overbite, so opposite of ur case.. anyway u pretty much got wentworth miller levels of headshape perfection lol .. well worth the swelling

And got dutasteride prescribed (no more bitcoin) by simply asking my general practicioner, they are clueless how it even works. 13eur per pack.

Yep still on 5mg daily. No sides, my skin is looking like that of 15yo so I dont really think it ages the skin as some people say. That was my biggest worry.

Tretinoin 0.05% and simple moisturizer and/or Hyaluronic acid cream. Keep it simple.

thanks but are you taking e2 ? or just dutasteride and bica? and according to you which one is the main contributor for skin gains oestrogen or the antiandrogen? thanks you very much

Both, but antiandrogens are main contributor since starting bica I havent had single pimple on my face. E2 just makes skin softer on touch but bica makes it visually spotless.

Well took me 5 months. On 10 and 20mg oral. Heart beat weird and double Beats when I bent down and carried stuff. Felt like it was about to stop even. Also when just laying down on the couch heart beat weird too. I quit and it took weeks for it to go away. Dont go overboard with it man its pointless. 2.5mg is more than enough and a safer dose. At least use 5mg in your case if u want but that dose is also risky long term.

yes the scariest side effect of high dose oral minoxidil by far is the sh*t u cant measure without a healthcare professional, look up pericardial effusion, this sh*t can happen when u get into the higher doses

imo over 10mg is autism dose from personal experience, u will not get more hair gains and it will start doing what its meant to do which is cause low blood pressure and a whole bunch of other stuff

so you're on e2 bica dutasteride an oral min or is there some other things contributing to your flawless skin? i'm only on dutasteride an oral min and my skin is looking terrible do you have bad sides from bica? thanks

thing is with me oral minoxidil does literally nothing, i've been using 25mg had a blood pressure test today at the hospital, and i have higher blood pressure than before using oral min, 152/92, but apparently i have edema in my ankle or something i didnt even notice, thats a symptom of salt retention, made me realise that this sh*t could be happening around my heart and thats the one line i will not cross for hair except for growing tits. i will drop down to 10mg again but this sh*t hasnt regrown a single hair on my head seriously
