Probably. Mine has never itched thank god but I've heard that if it itches it could probably grow

You can’t be on this sh*t on anything more than a small dose and not get gyno unless the glands are removed

It is a sign yes. I had itchy too and nipples got a tiny tiny bit bigger permanently when I used topical spironolactone years ago.
