Bica is like the dutasteride of HRT lol just causes crazy upregulation and increases T too much which eventually converts to DHT at the cellular level.

Ok, thanks. What is your current regimen and how much bica were you using a week ? I know that Dr Will Powers has a topical solution with 0.5 % bica for both trans and cis males, I really think bica can be useful. It would be great to hear from Experimentality.

Experimentality said 0.1% once weekly, so I tried that for a while but I tried even as high as 1% and didn’t notice any benefit to it. If anything I had some itching but that could be due to the pure ethanol carrier

Used it with everything else for a few months. I didn’t notice any sides nor did I notice improvement. I wouldn’t be worried about sides at that dosage, it’s so weak of an AA and so low of a dose isn’t going to outnumber the ligands for AR anyways.

One last question : when you say you didn't notice improvement, you were still losing your hair or you weren't regrowing hair while maintaining ? As, in my perspective, maintenance is an actual success.

Maintaining, didn’t notice any more regrowth or thickening from it. I was already maintaining though before I took it I just was hoping for a little more regrowth. It’s not really high risk imo and you can try it. Doesn’t affect HPTA
