Also 2.5 mg long term is so fucked up. 5 pills a day can'r be good for liver long term for sure. Need to find a balance between effectiveness and long term safety, that's why I am testing from lower dosages to higher ones. What's the point using 2.5 mg straight if I haven't tested 1 mg first? What if 1 mg is enough?

Also dutasteride is not very dosage dependant, the higher you go, the effectiveness gets marginal above 1 mg. If one mg does not work it is better to try topical as well as 1 mg. It's not good idea going above the mg orally

People wonder why the big 3 is so popular. It’s not because it’s the most effective, obviously. It’s because it minimizes the long term side effects while aiding some improvement, and can be committed to long term. Wouldn’t surprise me if duta 2.5 + OM 10 would be an extremely effective regimen even for some of the most aggressive cases, however the long term side effects and commitment to such a regimen makes it collectively unpopular.

It will be interesting to see what results @Harry Styler will get from topical E2. If it improves his hair when he’s already in female hormone levels, it’ll be a testament for the possibility that low dose topical could be safe to either cycle or perhaps be used long term without affecting fertility in normal men, if the dose is small enough and effective enough at such a dose. Very interesting to see someone trying this method.
