This will happen if you have low T and high E. So with enough E your T will go down and you will get all the feminizing effects, including this one. It is also worth noting that taking low levels of E is hardly worth it. There is no compromise in this regard, you either grow breasts and hips or go bald.

I am not asexual, but for me sex plays a very small role in relationships, I tend to have platonic relationships. Sex is not a priority, like for many other people. I say this because even a complete lack of erection does not mean that you will never have a relationship. The number of asexual women is quite large.
