That is what I did, the fact that I tried everything makes me less anxious of going bald
Same here. At least I tried the standard hairloss treatments, high dose dutasteride with high dose oral min and it didnt do JACK sh*t. So I feel hrt wouldnt be much better for me. Also I reached my limit with hairloss treatments. finasteride has already given me permanent weak ejaculation from a big shooter. Hrt would mess me up permanently 100%. I wouldnt mentally handle growing tits or see my male body change in any way. I feel male and love the male body so much that I wanna lick a man all over with my tongue.

Yeah I think it wouldn't be worth for you, the bad stuff outweights the benefits in your case, if you want to remain flat chested you rly shouldn't touch estradiol, since it will alter your nipple shape and you will start to accumulate fat on chest area 100%. It is not even a possible side effect, it is one of the very few stuff guaranted with hrt, even if you take meds like raloxifen you won't prevent chest grow 100%

I didn't but hrt should help with it since you are gonna lower androgens in general.

Tbh this 4141 clown dont even belong in this thread. Hes a full blown transexual for gods sake and the ONLY trans here that is currently active. This thread is for cis males that want to improve their hair with alternative treatments. Heck even the OP is straight and even ended his hrt journey. If I was admin I would ban this freak of nature. Stay on your tranny reddit threads and dont come back here.

25mg bica on top of proper e2 injections makes ur skin good but gives you michael jackson face almost and thins hair out. i wonder if @Adri23 problem comes from him taking 25mg every other day as opposed to 12.5 daily. the 25mg dosage all at once may be hard on the liver or inherently start ar upreg somehow

Exactly. It made my dht to spike as well. I stopped it entirely. I havent taken it for an entire month and things got worse but I think my receptors must be hypersensitized after a year and 6 months on it.

25 mg daily with castrate levels of T is just poison

i mean poison is going a bit far, i think you had a particularly bad reaction. since ive done this experiment twice now, i can say 25mg bica reacted exactly the same both times, with mogger skin and the hairline/partline gains getting fukkd. i expect the hair to improve within a few weeks on 12.5, just as it did last time, as well as more temperamental skin but whatever.

so im not gonna touch bica
In my personal opinion (not everyone has to agree with me) I think one of the best treatment for Androgenetic Alopecia is estradiol injections, dutasteride at 2.5 mg or more and minoxidil. dutasteride at high dosage already inhibits like 80-90% 5ar1 and 98-99% 5ar2 so you would be left with castrate levels of T which shouldn't be a big issue.

In my personal opinion, my skin was getting oilier when I stopped bica and was on daily 0,5 mg dutasteride, but after 3-4 weeks on high dosage dutasteride my skin started to fix. I did a blood test after and my DHT was 3.5 ng/dl.

Low-mid doses spironolactone might also work for body hair since many women that has hirsutim uses it, but I can't say for sure since I've never tried it. All I know is bica is the only thing that worked for my body hypertrichosis from minoxidil, but the issues that can rise on the receptor with long term exposure is not worth it for me.

EDIT: There is a study on spironolactone and oral minoxidil hypertrichosis: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/39133327/#:~:text=Low dose oral minoxidil (LDOM,may reduce LDOM-induced hypertrichosis.

I have not noticed any effect of Bicalutamide on my hair. But it does a great job of reducing oiliness of the skin, which greatly affects the quality of life (constant oil on the face is irritating), reduces pores and improves the quality of the skin in general.
I am skeptical that it can thin your hair because thinning means you are going bald again.
I take 37.5mg 3 times a week.
