Nah you just have “bad” genes, isn’t about testosterone at all. You can cut your balls it won’t change anything.

I have bad genes for T yes, that is why I'll never quit estradiol and that is why I wont produce T anymore

If you don’t see any sign of progression in 3 months you can quit the medication, you won’t be a responder.



I’ve used really high dosages of HRT, like 150mg bica daily and 4MG estradiol valerate every 4 days, it didn’t change my mind or my behavior, not even my sex drive and sperm production. The problems only came after I quit the med, I presume I had no sexual hormones for a month till my body start producing again, i was producing 0 sperm, I could have an orgasm but with 0 outcome. Also I got gum recession in this time.

Thats crazy. I got the semen/sperm problem while ON only dutasteride man. After using 2mg dutasteride x3 weekly I nutted only one drop. That was the day I said f*** it and quit and my hair was destroyed anyways.

You already know your body can still produce t even with a nuke protocol, you can’t change that, you receptors will only become more sensitive to counter the low amount of T

You won’t be happy with that, stop blaming testosterone, it’s not the cause. This disease is cause by the cells communications not by hormones. Woman’s got pretty bad diffuse thinning as well even with really low testosterone and a lot estradiol.

My work leader is 35 and got very baad diffuse thinning, she has been to a doctor but everything is normal. She claims its stress related.

Yeah my adrenals produce a T of 20 ng/dl that I block with bica. No issues on that. If receptors got increased sensitivity most trans woman would turn men after SRS, doesnt work like that

i think the genes is the same for both, mans and womans, they are activated by hormonal changes 100% but for some reason it much more common along the mans. Like i said, the only treatment is Gene therapy.

vaccine that targets the DNA and corrects the gene

not in my case, but theres a lot people who respond to it. You can try but if you got no results in 2~3 months, you can quit because you wont be a responder.

Funny u say this. Im a personal assistant to a guy who is 35 with duchennes. He cant move at all just a tiny tiny bit with fingers. He is NW0 and his hair grows very fast.

Did you figure out how to fix that? I’m going on hrt because I hopped on finasteride and dutasteride without even balding and now I’m diffuse thinning Norwood 2.5

It's over for ppl that couldnt maintain on dutasteride. At least with e2 u will have a chance to have better skin and less body hair, not that bad after all.

you had reflex hyperandrogenicity, i also got it when i tried finasteride, lost fairly 50% of my hair density. Ofc i got mad for lose my hair because a hair loss drug, and tried everything to recover the hair i lost, and in the end nothing ever worked. you can try HRT but I warn you that your chances are low.
