Levels needed for mono are:
LH<0.5 iu/l. It shows if your HPG axis it still intact or, simplier, if your testies are still making test.
SHBG≈80-115 nmol/l. Basically works like AA and binds to free T, preventing half of it from interacting with receptor. You dont need more than 115 tho, cause it binds to free E also (less effectively, but still), especially if your T is already low, which it should be (T≈10-45ng/dl is needed).
E2≈250-350 pg/ml. You dont need more in most cases, cause its enough to obliterate your LH and more E=more SHBG, which is counterproductive.
If, even with these levels, you feel smth is off, you should also check your DHEA-S (and 17-OH progesterone if needed) to see if your adrenal gland is mb enlarged and makes too much androgens and 3α-Androstanediol (another androgen). Thyroid panel might help too.
If any of these androgens will be elevated and your main panels (CMP, CBC, lipids) are healthy, you'll get the permision to use Bica. GL.

And if I had reflex from finasteride would topical work better and does topical block more scalp dht any studies on this?

Already use Bica. But want to lower the amount I take it because I noticed it worked best on days I take my estrogen injections.

Estradiol alone is not enough to stop my skin from being oily. I use Bika because it reduces oiliness, tightens pores and improves skin condition. 37.5mg 3 times a week.

if I possibly had reflex from finasteride. Oily hair/ hairloss but now I’m on estrogen and Bica can I start finasteride back up since testerone is eliminated?

But if I had reflex and switched to estrogen and bica should I add finasteride back even though it causes reflex androgens?

Better, i think it is slowly improving. Blood test also shows slightly lower dht, still higher than I'd like but maybe it will keep getting lower with time. It also shows extremely low LH (lower than ever) as I assumed

You shouldnt laugh... Last time I talked with her(like 3 weeks ago) she said she would overdose on dnp because she hated the lack of breast growth she was getting... Havent been online since then
