And could a topical finasteride solution work better then orally if I had reflex from oral finasteride?
Don’t waste your money on topical finasteride, if he
Do you like brain tumours ? Do you want to breastfeed ? Cyproterone is very good for both of these things

Estradiol is sufficient to be anti-androgenic. No need for CPA. CPA can even activate the androgen receptors when Testosterone is very low in the body. This is counter-productive to your goals I would assume
so your saying that CPA isn’t worth it because it has side effects.

if your already balding due to androgens, wouldn’t it be best to lower androgens as much as you could, supplement it with estrogen and see what happens?

i don't consider CPA side effects to just be mere downplayed "side effects". These are brain tumours we are talking about...

And no. CPA isn't worth it because Estradiol exists, and it is vastly supperior to a synthetic progestogen in every means. If a man was to take CPA for hairloss, it would be a moot point because having both Low T and Low E causes hairloss. That, plus CPA triggers depressive episodes, which is what a man dealing with hairloss should *not* experience

So, it's best to take Estradiol + actual good anti-androgens, like Bicalutamide

CPA maximally lowers androgens by 70%. Which is the best progestogens can do without estradiol. Estradiol alone lowers androgens by 90%+ in adequate levels

But Bica doesn’t truly lower testerone it causes up regulating so if you already had reflex from finasteride then bica’s upregulation would probably have a similar effect despite using estrogen.

Bica + Estradiol. Not just Bica alone

Also, I don't believe the whole "upregulation" pseudo-science. It has yet to be proven. Finasteride doesn't cause "reflex" or whatever. Your hair just gets targeted by the remaining DHT that finasteride didnt inbibit

Soo if you dont belive in the upregulation thing (which theres many cases here in this forum), How can you explain the fact that people lose more hair taking finasteride (70% of DHT inhibited) than when they were not taking 5ari, i.e. 0% DHT inhibited?
also it happen with people who take dutasteride too, do you think the 30% DHT left from finasteride and the 10% DHT from dutasteride, some how, become stronger than the normal baseline?

Yep. Duta for 1.5 years. 1 drop after ejaculation in the end and hair thinned out FAST and alot despite much reduced hairfall in shower/comb. Once I quit that sh*t hair thinned at a snails pace. Im much better off without finasteride/dutasteride. Even finasteride did the same thing but slower.

Yes. I take 8 mg E sublingually

E enanthate half life is 7 days. You should inject once a week, not every 2 weeks
r you taking it for hair only?
Im gonna take 75 mg 3 times a week of cpa…(10 mg daily) im too afraid of stopping cpa all of the sudden

The best dose that worked for me is 12.5mg EOD. Im pretty sure you dont need more (if any at all) with your E dose.
6.25mg EOD did more harm than good in my case.

You dont need to note the volume if you already mentioned the mass. And btw, until you change to every 10 days, dont ask me anything. =D
why every 10 days? My levels were 429 14 days after the previous injection. So maybe my leves were somekinde near 600-500 the first week before dropping to 429 14 days after.Arent these good levels?!

They lose more hair on finasteride ? I've never seen such cases. Would that mean that getting off finasteride would make their hair loss stabilize ?

Also, don't forget that the body always tries running on a homeostasis equilibrium. Perhaps finasteride destabilizes that balance ? I have seen people losing hair when switching from finasteride to dutasteride, but that is due to dutasteride taking time to build. We simply just do not know enough about hairloss

AS I've said, enanthate half life is 7 days. When you extend the duration between injections, you are experience higher peaks/ lower troughs.

Your levels are probably fluctuating between 1000+ pg/ml to 400 pg/ml, which is wild

Yes! a lot people here had lost more hair on finasteride them when they was off finasteride. Soo you think the body is becoming more sensitive to the less amounts of DHT? Soo its like your body is upregulated.

It could effect your hair. Also, you are not Almas, I don't know why you are comparing yourself to him ?

When you put it like that, yes I agree. But what happens when they get off finasteride ? Do they regain what they lost ?

Also, don't forget T exists as well, and it is an adrogen, so it definitely effects hair to an extent. It's just a mess lol
