Looks promising, not sure if mct does anything tho, cause food doesn't effect duta absorbtion afaik. I once planed to do smth like that, but with Polyethylene Glycol as a solvent instead (+ mb some added stabilizer) and drink it with water. Mb even make a whole bottle of that with concentrantion of, for example, 10mg duta per spoon. But then i started HRT and abandoned the idea.
Actually you need short carbon chain oils to form micelles and help the dutasteride penetrate the small intestines, dutasteride is very poor water soluble, so you 100% need an oil with low carbon chain so it gets absorbed fast and dont have to be broken down like oleic acid, so the bioavailability reach the maximum it can get. That is why Avodart is dissolved in oil and is not a pill like finasteride.

I use MCT oil C8 which is the MCT with the lowest carbon chain.

Legit brand avodart is dissolved in mono-di-glycerides of caprylic/capric acid which is similar to MCT oil C8(not the same tho).

Mb you're right, i heard that its pretty common fully dissolved in Polyethylene Glycol tho with some addes stabilizer, mb old info tho.
It can dissolve in Polyethylene Glycol as well, but I have mct oil c8 + ethanol 95% which dissolves dutasteride pretty good as well, so one for the solubility and the other for the absorption. The amount of alcohol on my solution is 0.226 ml if I take 1.7 ml of my 5 mg/ml solution. 0.226 ml of alcohol to put things in context is like what would contain a ripe banana or 100-150 ml kefir.

I tried clobetasol once and it instantly killed my hair for some reason. =(
Fully agree that antioxidants and anti inflammatory are must, testing oridonin, isoliquiritigenin and wogonin atm.

Damn thats not great. Clobetasol give me sh*t texture too.

Im using Glynac, vitamin C, astaxanthin, Vitamin E, Vitamin D3 and K2, melatonin 4 mg, magnesium, zinc, copper and omega 3 DHA and EPA at the moment.

The melatonin also contain some vitamin B1, B12, B6 and 5-HTP

Not bad! Aside from oridonin, isoliquiritigenin and wogonin, i use only ascorbic acid, D3+K2, Zinc, q10, curcumin and B complex.
Melatonin is great, agreed.
Those are some great ones. I forgot I also drink matcha Tea sometimes and used to take turmeric with black peppermint, but not taking it rn (tho I want to start it again)

But crown seems pretty fked. =(

It is kinda bad, it reminds me of my scalp before the supplements, my crown was very similar if not the same as yours. For some reason supplements did the trick for me. I guess cycling clobetasol does something too, but idk how much since with clobetasol alone my crown was still red af.

Have you tried different topical corticosteroids? Maybe those do not kill your hair, clobetasol is a very potent one.

Do you have oily scalp? If you do maybe it is Seb derm and the bic was reducing your sebum and ketoconazole was killing the Malassezia

My trichologist said i don't, but i often had seasonal escalation of sebum and inflammation, so I suspect having it in the end.
Trichologist are useless most of the time. I bet we know more than them lol. You prob have it. Like it is a very frequent skin pathology, so if it improved with ketoconazole + bica I would say it was likely that(maybe some reduction of local androgens with the bica was helping with the inflammation as well)

Hope that one is at least better than the other.

I see some chaos on that video, and a bit of buildup but not too much. The redness is alarming tho, cause we know inflammation triggers hair loss.
Its actually sad that it has been so long and you still havent fixed your hairloss yet and still experimenting with stuff, It must have taken a toll on your life. U overdose on dutasteride, killed your balls.... I mean when will it end? Even when we solve hairloss we will never be truely satisfied with our selves and new problems will arise. Its a never ending story. We all are fixated on our appearance in this thread. We are all mentally sick. :(

Ofc it does. I have stopped doing things I enjoy just to try to fix this. It literally broke my life in pieces for years. Idk if it will ever end tbh

U overdose on dutasteride, killed your balls.... I mean when will it end?

Hopefully whenever my baldness slow down at the very least, but I don't even know if my powder is dutasteride... Will figure in a month.

Even when we solve hairloss we will never be truely satisfied with our selves and new problems will arise.

I have other issues too so yes even if I manage to control hair loss I will still not be happy

sh*t genetics leads to mental illness, it is what it is, I am trying to 'fix' as many downsides my genetic have.

Hope it'll never end! We are approaching the paradigm of continuous self-improvement through constant effort to perfect our imperfect bodies this way. This path provides a reliable route towards genuine understanding of the gnosieological principle that the more knowledge we acquire, the clearer it becomes that we know nothing—a foundational pillar upon which epistemological relativism is based. Such comprehension inevitably leads us toward philosophical agnosticism, a theory positing that under our current physical and cognitive conditions, we are unable to grasp categories such as absolute, good or evil. And the realization of the insignificance of these values in our current reality only gives us more freedom and opens new paths for improvement—like a gentle breeze dispersing the dust of past delusions, leaving an open space for new bold endeavors.
