Lol tried that for 2 years, ages 17-18 and didn’t do jack sh*t. I tried everything. I must be on strong AAs + derma needles to regrow hair
I was being sarcastic ofc. But I will give it a try. Needling once a week is easy and takes less than 10 min. I did my first needling just now.

You can try to use tret as well

Oral minoxidil already uses liver to convert into minoxidil sulfate, wont make a diff if you needle it or not. It is only effective for topical. Tretinoin also upregulates sulfotransferase that is why non responder respond when using minoxidil with tret
I know about the liver but if needling produces it in the scalp then u get an extra boost?

Daily topical minoxidil+tret way better than just needle once a week imho.

Why would you ever needle with so much hair? @losingbattle88. What a waste of time. If oral minoxidil is not working good for you, then change to topical. There are many stories on Reddit that others have responded to topical better than oral, myself included. I didn’t drop topical, but I added 5mg daily for whole 6-7 months and it didn’t give me anything. Not even a bit of thickness.

I never said oral didnt work. I have been on for only a few weeks. And I do wanna avoid topicals tbh. So ye ur right. Maybe I should drop this idea alltogether and focus on oral finasteride and min which I have been on for like 2 weeks.

Maybe I should just focus on oral min then. And skip topical. But needling can have other benefits like boost in bloodflow and collagen production. Man fuk my life lmao.
I think both can work synergically. I had never recovered any hair on temples with only oral, but kinda recovered some with topical

Has any one experienced sexuality changes?
I was bi before hrt and now I’m super bi and very attracted to masculinity, like body hair and body, arms
I’m still romantically interested in women just less sexually
I was bi, now gay af. My wife is the only exception. If she leaves me, I'll definitely find myself a guy.

Yes. I didnt like men before, I hate them more now, I became a misandrist. The big psychological impact of hair loss + Estrogen made me extremely repulsed to androgens, not only on myself but for the rest of men for some reason. There are few men that I like talking to but they are not the stereotypical men that like testosterone. In fact most of them are from castration communities(they are using estradiol now, thanks to me most of them) or few men from hair loss forum that also hates androgens. Definitely not sexually attracted. Prolly something I have to bring up to my female psychologist x)

Yes its still min even when orally taken so makes sense that it affects oral too. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/30226287/
