After two years of E injections, the miniaturization in the parting will improve. Although the scalp will most likely still be visible, the thinning is largely irreversible. But yes, you will not see immediate results, aim for a couple of years. In the first year, you may not see any progress in the parting at all, but you will see new hairs along the hairline.

I honestly think that HRT is really necessary in just 3 cases. Either you must be trans, having serious medical conditions caused by testosterone, or suffering from "testosterone poisoning" in its traditional meaning.
"Testosterone poisoning is a popular term used to explain behaviors that are deemed excessively masculine."
So basically, if testosterone induces uncontrollable behavior, where you can't be calm and think clearly when needed.
In my case, I need to be calm all the time to think clearly, because (by nature) when I'm not thinking clearly, I get instadepressed. TBH, I started HRT out of curiosity to see what effects it'll cause and was pretty sure to quit at some point, but stayed ultimately for this one effect (which btw I realised only recently). Other "meds for calmness" weren't even close in terms of quality and naturalness. Its like long lost childlike spontaneity suddenly reawakened with all its perks, like constant contemplation and seeing things as they are intended by nature, but with the additional adult ability of seeing the big picture. Honestly, looking back on my post-pubescent years, they now resemble the goofy attempt of an uncanny anthropomorphic creature to imitate how humans think and feel, while its constantly being FKed by firware, forcing it to be edgy..
Sry, got a little carried away. So basically, what I was trying to say... If feminine gay guy is comfortable in his role (not trans), doesn't have serious testosterone induced illnesses and can think straight (not mind-poisoned by T), honestly, no HRT is needed IMO. Again, HRT just for hair to me smells a bit of rather delulu, or there is another hidden reason. And that reason might be hidden from the owner himself, like it was in my case.
How is your mind poisioned by T? I’d say only my looks were, and was heading down a path of ugliness. But my mind on high dht and T was horrible, especially with the constant horniness. Best part of hrt is the lower sex drive

So you are not using HRT because of hair? If not, how did you end here?

Before I knew I had aggressive hairloss I never heard about HRT or trans ppl. Like if it wasnt for hair I would prob never knew what HRT is. I discovered it here literally. I have never ever interacted with LGBT ppl ever before HRT. Only after HRT I started to interact with people because I wanted to know more, and I started to read lot of studies and stuff to understand treatments better. Even nowadays I am still trying to learn from time to time, but yeah when you said' ppl using hrt are delulu' i dont agree with that, I specifically started because of it and it was my only goal. i prolly changed hair for an uncanny face yes but recovery from hair loss was impossible for me without het cause I had many mutations against me that without HRT I couldn't have recovered my hair. On the other hand uncanny face can be fixed by surgery. I plan to do a small ffs procedure, not mind-blowing like trans woman do but a bit of facial softening procedures. I want to keep my essence but with a more harmonic face for estrogen(not too feminine either). I also planned a surgery even before HRT anyways cause the right side of my face is kinda under developed and my nose is sh*t af.

@Adri23 How is your hair doing?
last week i took my last cpa pill.
Im shedding like crazy and maybe im back to baseline (almost) wtf this sheds f*****g destroy me and myself esteem!!!I think the seasonal shed hit me too. I hope that in a few weeks or months im gonna regain everything and f*****g keep it!!
Hair is shedding like crazy. Idk if it is because of stopping 1 mg avodart or because the new DIY dutasteride is working. My skin is also peeling so bad like I have never had this peeling ever and I have to use moisturizer every hour not kidding. I hope it is because dutasteride is workin and my 5ar1 tanked. I do the blood test tomorrow and will have the results within a week.

About hair shedding it is normal when you stop a medication.

I think my hair remain decent on top and from the front view when I cover the hairline and temples with hair, but I think temples has been getting slightly worse. Anyways my hair is so dry no matter what I use. Maybe the solution is working and indeed my 5ar1 tanked. I will know soon, but tbh I think I will just go a transplant when I get the money and get a real round NW0 hairline cause I don't think I can achieve that naturally.

I used it only once and got all these exact symptoms that lasted for a whole week, so I decided to drop it.
