Mind poisoning comes after some time of not being yourself. Constant horniness was a big factor for me too, but the main ones were impulsiveness and inability to sit still, which I could never get used to, because its against my nature. And ye, I guess the culprit is too high amount of T (got around 26nmol/l both times I tested).

Lol my baseline was 35 nmol/L. My aromatase mutation made me to be on steroids naturally

What I was trying to say (but guess used too many words), is that I'm confident that most of HRT folks here had some more important (mb personal and hidden to themselves) issues that they masked under the ""im doining it for the hair bruh". At least I want to believe that.. /sigh

Well on my case was mainly hair. I had very high T at baseline due to Aromatase enzyme deficiency so everything was a real mess. Extremely oily skin, super high dht despite dutasteride, hair loss that I couldnt control at all, no estrogen at all, and obviously acne

Damn dude! Thats around 1k ng/dl. Im sure you had plenty of other issues aside from hair. =)

1017 ng/dl to be specific, and yes I had many many issues with androgens. Hair loss, lot of body hair, extremely oily skin, big facial pores, acne, hyper masculinization in general

Even with HRT I havent fully solved my hair loss issues tho, but I have managed to manage the other stuff pretty well

Well, you have your own priorities and thats totally fine. Mine shifted a little bit, mb because of age. Everything is good in its season, I guess.

Yeah i think we all have our own priorities after all, but if we are happy it our decisions is all that matters

Btw, I had pretty similar peeling when using tretinoin, mb lowering dose a bit could help.

Havent used tret for a whole week on the face and im peeling so bad. I have been using tret for 4 years and it never suffered from this on the whole face at the same time. Maybe it has something to be with crushed 5ar1? Idk I will see on the blood test. If .y serum has drastically lowered it means the solution it working and indeed 5ar1 inhibition is the culprit of this.

16, my bica and injections came in I just haven’t picked them up yet hopefully tmrw, but for the past 3 weeks I’ve been on cypro6.5mg with 2mg E and .5dut + raloxifene. Only slight new hairs around the hairline and overall hair is thicker.

I expect my dht to be the same maybe a bit lower next week (4-5 ng dl)
after that am gonna increase my dutasteride dosage and to blood test after 3 months

Both are not using HRT. One of them used her but stopped dutasteride when started hrt. Makes no sense. Also sometimes the backdoor is so strong for some ppl that they have to take more dutasteride.
