But I'm afraid not even a transplant will solve anything for me. Severe BDD is not a joke and it has high suicide risk for a reason

i m curious about @GRme11 regimen for hair

My regimen does not matter at this point, because my hair is fucked. Simple.

My current regimen, which you can see if you click on it, explains everything.

I bet 99% CPA did more harm than good. Now, approach your regimen more responsively. Dutasteride, E2, and maybe Bica if you can afford it. Try to lower your prolactin for sure, maybe supplement with b6 (p5p). I would use the hydrocortisone max once a week or even once every 10 days, if you want to keep using it, but I would suggest not, because I can’t see an active flare from your pics. You need a digital microscope to check your scalp for signs of Areata, for example. Try adding ketoconazole max twice a week. Be careful because it can sometimes thin the hair so much, in that case, just swap it with a good SLS free shampoo, or maybe use it only once a week.

What supplements are you currently taking?

Anyway good luck guys. I am leaving this forum permanently.

I hope you will all find a solution for your hair loss.

Btw. dont even try HRT if you are a man and feel like a man. Trust me. If you feel like a women, go for it.

Hi, maybe some of you guys remember me… So I decided to give a try to HRT to save/reverse my hairloss. Unfortunately NOTHING works on me.

I have been on 50mg bicalutamide ed + 4 mg estradiol + 10mg oral minoxidil ed + 0.5mg dutasteride ed + 1mg finasteride ed + 150mg RU58841 + 20mg Pyrilutamide (2 x 10mg) + Topical minoxidil 2 x day + Rosemary Oil ed

My blood test after 1 month on HRT:
T: 1.5nmol/l
E2: 239 pg/ml
DHT: 39pg/ml

After 3 months:
T: 0.9nmol/l
E2: 289pg/ml
DHT: 26pg/ml

After 6 months:
T: 0.6nmol/l
E2: 233pg/ml
DHT: undetectable

I also did a blood test for thyroid tsh, ft3, ft4, ferritin, iron, b12, prolactin and everything was fine.

It slowed down a bit my hair loss but after 8 months my hairs are thinner. My crown is much thinner, still receeding, temple peaks literally disapeared, my hairs are still miniaturizing.

All I want to say to you guys, HRT - even with proper female levels, even with undetectable DHT values is not guarantee to hairloss. As you can see for example on Reddit /femalehairloss a lot of women with normal female hormone levels are going bald too. They have diffuse thinning/female pattern baldness/receeding hairlines etc.

If you want to try HRT/pyrilutamide/RU etc. of course you can do it, but remember that there is no GUARANTEE to stop/reverse hairloss.

Still remember this guy's case. Brutal..

For sure prolactin fucked his hair no doubt. Yeah, I remember @dar3k…..

And actually, I edited my post above. My current regimen tab explains everything.

Maybe. Anyway I leave this forum. Good luck to everyone. I unfortunately was not lucky.

Tried everything:
Hair transplant, Finasteride, Dutasteride, Topical Finasteride, CPA, RU, low dose Bicalutamide, high dose Bicalutamide, Alpicort E, Oral Minoxidil , Topical Minoxidil, Dermarolling, low dose E2, high dose E2.

Its time to give up and not taking this poison anymore.
Like at least the guy tried holy sh*t

I won’t share hair pictures, and no, I don’t have thick hair. How to have thick hair when I was fucked already at 17? Anyways, I hope your new regimen work this time.
