My doctor just ordered me to do a lot of blood tests and he’ll be checking my E and T and dht levels. Full hormonal panel. I just took it and I have no idea what I’m going to tell him.

What's your f*****g trick? Do you use a magic e2 or something like that? How long have you been on e2?
I have female level T and E2 since 2020
when started to see hair results?
tbh i think its not gonna work on my hair im so disappointed rn…
After a year of good levels, but it's a roller coaster of never ending trauma

I've got perfect levels yet hair loss in a diffuse pattern. It all comes to genetic responses there is not much you can do. You can wait more and see if lowering prolactin helps you. But if your prolactin gets low and you end up with perfect levels for years like me and still have hair loss, I am sorry to tell you but you will prob never have great density. As for now 1 mg dutasteride is the only stuff that seemed to help me significantly vs the rest, obviously with the help of estradiol to lower T but estradiol itself had minimal effects on my hair, compared with the insane regrowth you see on this thread. As i said earlier best outcomes tends to come hand in hand with severe feminization in most cases

Mt hair is getting massacred once again not only temples but the diffuse thinning is hell. Temples can be restored but tf do I do with diffuse thinning
Only you can really say, but that just looks like a middle part to me

I never had dense hair tho, only in childhood, and first few years of puberty. When I turned 16 diffuse started and temple recession too. At 19 it got so bad that I was going bald at speed of light. So yeah in my case I never recovered my 14-15 years old density ever, for me HRT wasnt the holy grail, but it was expected, I've seen barely any feminization at all in 3 years. I've only noticed insane regrowth in ppl with great feminization like you, bridgeburn, Noah Kennedy, keepcoolmybabies and few more I dont remember at this moment

Ppl with poor feminization like me or dar3k or ppl I see on reddit that suffer from hair loss and get no feminization just some demasculinization we all one thing on common apart than poor feminization and it is ofc poor hair regrowth

It’s not. I have seen Adri’s pics when he was on peak regrowth periods. His hair was way thicker than the current pics he posted. You can check the older ones he posted here too, before dropping 1mg Dutasteride. There’s definitely a difference.

If your not sure you can try dutasteride, at your age and since you are balding from your twenties i dont think you would regrow a lot but maybe some gains and prevent miniaturization
I’ll try dutasteride little at a time starting today.. just touching my hair earlier on the rite temple i shed now like 10 hairs just touching it not even pulling.. is that normal

Does anyone know of oral corticosteroids for hair? Topical seems hard to cover whole scalp. And ever since finasteride I have a weird skin irritation.

Well im shedding tons of hairs without touching my hair ever since I stopped 1 mg of dutasteride. Might be a shedding but it's too early for you

What topical corticosteroid you used and what form? Foam or liquid? With the liquid, you should not have any problems to cover the scalp with a dropper.
