So pretty much out of all this stuff hrt and so on dutasteride is the only answer to the back door pathway???
Oh and again with the fagron test it will show if there’s a back door pathway going on?? Just wanted to make sure they want $500 so making sure that’s in there too unless that’s just a possible on a test

Then why mess with cpa Bica ect if all you need is dutasteride high doses to stop it all?? Not talking sh*t I’m legit curious.. and like I asked a couple others I’m on finasteride 1mg 3 times a week to make sure I don’t get reflex hyper or atleast try not to get it, that being said finasteride only inhibits type 2 not 1 but even if the back door is happening to me is taking finasteride to block 2 still better then doing nothing??

If gt20029 comes out all this nova dutasteride fruit toot finasteride bin e2 blah blah blah won’t matter.. technically all on the hrt to switch to trt and be just fine cross the fingers this passes and gets on anagenic soon.. it’s gonna be crazy someone gonna say hey still on bica.. ummm no im on 600 test and deca a week getting swole while gt takes care of them receptors
Just think about that for a min if gt works no more Bica cpa finasteride dutasteride spironolactone lasers nothing.. we can run gear instead of female sh*t and be fine.. would be crazy if someone can run test dbol and tren with bad genes for hair but gt200029 takes care of it

I wouldnt be that hyped tho. Every single drug for hair loss has failed till now. We are still using meds developed between 1992-2001 to treat Androgenetic Alopecia so yes dont expect anything from this industry anymore honestly. Also kintor already failed once, so I have even less hopes.

Well for me estradiol has more benefit than only hair. It gives smooth skin that T cant give. Gives different fat distribution on face which makes people look younger in general and ofc you get rid off that annoying libido 24/7 that T causes. I will have no testicles soon so there is no way I will inject testosterone when estradiol have more benefits(at least from my point of view). Also I havent gotten feminization so I'm good still living as a man without any issue. But yeah some ppl would like it more than HRT if it rly works as in paper, but anyways it will prevent miniaturization, wont cause any big regrowth,.maybe if you catch it early but def not if you have been balding for 10+ years
I kinda agree but I’ve seen ppl regrow dead zones but it’s super rare but even in my case I could get one little hair transplant then just use gt and be over this hair sh*t.. but again like you said we’ll see how it goes.. as far as bica if you had to choose just one in my case would you pick bica or cpa?? If you had to choose and not both but just one

Thing is if you are gonna use estradiol bica is best. But if not bica can be an issue if you have aromatization issues, cause T normally aromatize into T, but if you have a sh*t aromatase enzyme like me, all the T will just be transformed into DHT so you will need dutasteride 100%, but you will end with no main hormone. If your body is good at aromatizing T you will end up with highish e2(not sure how much since I've never tried bica mono + im bad aromatizer) which will be worse than using estradiol + bica cause if you want to make bica works on a T dominant body you will indeed need large bica dosages and you will risk liver issues.
On the other hand cpa is better lowering T alone but has lot of side effect + prolactin elevations that could destroy your hair and even increase DHEA-S.
Imo if you are going for the oral anti androgen route it's best to use estradiol + dutasteride cause antiandrogens alone or combined with dutas is not good long term cause your body need a main hormone to be healthy + you will run liver issues eventually.
For short term you have expensive sh*t like GnRH agonists which will shut down T production but again you wont have any sex hormone and you will have troubles
