It pretty does the exact apposite of what it’s intended to do I’ve seen atleast 50 stories on it there’s some on here with pictures for proof.. the hormones upreguate from being dht being surrprssed .. tons of ppl say nope not real but I’m proof and there’s pics and stories on here.. I still wonder till this day had I never freaked out and touched finasteride would my hair be all here today..

Uhh ppl have tried it with sides. Anything u put on your scalp will go systemic.
Wonder what would happen if I did finasteride and added topical spikes cream but micro needed the topical spironolactone in

Topical spironolactone is weaker than RU and most say it only works if it goes through the liver. I have tried it and its worthless. Dont focus on topical stuff you will be a slave to it and always stand in the mirror daily and apply it while seeing your thinning hair. Just do orals. We both are on oral finasteride and min.
I understand and I have ru in the freezer so idk.. but yea we’re both on finasteride and min but im 4 months in and already today 102 hairs shed

I wonder whether for those of us with NCAH, high E is actually bad, because E increases corticosteroid-binding globulin, which would lead to more acth. Low levels with bica might be better

probably,
like im barely suppressed at 370pg/ml and started receding at 12, with stunted stature, thats how you know your adrenals are fucked
What meds work on adrenals?

for me 4mg E sublingually and 50mg bica was enough to get amazing feminization in a very short time a couple years ago, so good that i freaked out and stopped. Now on injections monotherapy it's like placebo for me. My sister with elevated T, probably with the same adrenal fuckery only needs birth control and dienogest.
E from 5mg een subcutan in butt
so bad that adri would have long killed himself if he were me

Ok guys it's over for me... I got my new blood test and my DHT increased to 27.35 ng/dl. This is it for me.... No wonder why my hair is getting massacred so fast... Also my 3a diol G increased, cortisol increased, ACTH increased, DHEA spiked amd andrsotenedione increased
