It's better now but way worse than when I had good hair tbh. I dont remember how high it was but I can say after 3 months off CPA, my prolactin was 33.6 ng/dL, I think it was wild like yours like 80 somethingbro i undertsand your mood now but i want you to be 100 xcent honest now do you think your hair is better today or when you were on gel and cpa and your prolactin was high?also do you recall how high it was?
mine was 87 ng dlIt's better now but way worse than when I had good hair tbh. I dont remember how high it was but I can say after 3 months off CPA, my prolactin was 33.6 ng/dL, I think it was wild like yours like 80 something
That's definitely wild. Doctors start to suspect prolactinoma at 100+ ng/dl, you were so close to that numbermine was 87 ng dl

The only thing that helped me was HRT, and it took me 3 years for my hair to become normal. But you are underestimating the scale of the problems I faced by calling me a hyperresponder without any reason. I started going bald at 16, duta, ru, bica didn't help me, what the f*** is a hyperresponder?he is just asian. Good responders.
Most asians respond the best to treatments. You are a hyper responder to oral minoxidill even. You dont NEED HRT you chose it cause you are feminine. And damn you wrote a wall of text just cause of my comment. Triggered much chill xD.The only thing that helped me was HRT, and it took me 3 years for my hair to become normal. I would simply never even start HRT if I was a hyper responder. There would be no need for it and I would leave the forum, growing a Norwood 0 on Finasteride.
Dani and Itsnoahkennedy are helped by RU and Duta, and I'm on HRT because I keep going bald even when I'm on Duta + Ru + Bicalutamide. Is it because I have Asian genes and I'm a good responder? Dude, you're an idiot.
That was my face when I got the results. Have PTSD now... I think I have some short of NCCAH tbh
Yeah mb ng/ml. And yeah that prolactin seems high holy100ng/dl is actually extremely low. I think we are talking about ng/ml here.
Speaking of which, I think I'm actually THE cooked one regarding this.
LIKE WTF IS THIS IM NOT EVEN ON CYPRO....

Yeah E2 is not even that high for that prolactin...E increased a bit, as expected, but this ratio with PRL still seems insane to me...

Fck I hope not worse than mine. Although my DHEAS has lowered till last time, rest of androgens(except T and free T) has increased (DHT and DHEA being the ones that increased the most vs last blood test). My hair is massacred btw and having more body hair out of nowhere.Androgens are gonna be ready in 5 days and I already have a very bad feeling about my future DHT and DHEAS results, I think I might actually be the worst case here atp.
My E2 at trough is 374.1 pg/ml at trough. U have been with higher estradiol in the past for month without any issue (up to 451 pg/ml for months). Thing is I have now reduced my dosage from 6 to 5 mg and I am getting severe anxiety out of nowhere, mostly in the afternoon and night( I have severe anxiety right now and nothing happened)If all your adrenal androgens increased and ACTH as well. that's probably high E levels overstimulate adrenal gland.
