My current regime updates are Dydrogesterone and Ademetionine (SAM-e).

Dydro I decided to try mainly for its progestin effects on appearance, but also to check its influence on gallbladder and DHT compared to progesterone. Going great so far, noticed some decline of DHT symptoms and no burping/bitterness in the mouth so far, also skin is more glowy as expected. It doesn't convert to DHT and, to some extent, works as a E mediator for thyroid and adrenal, so I'm pretty optimistic atp.

SAM-e I added as a replacement for taurine, because latter barely did anything for my bile at moderate doses and started giving me diarrhea at higher ones. SAM-es main function is helping liver in breaking down hormones, drugs and other chemicals, it also turned out to be an antidepressant (oO). Likewise, going good so far, but I'm on it for only 5 days. Things I noticed are mild lightheadedness for some time and (suprisingly) hardcore E boost, similar to taking E pill sublingually.

Sulforaphane I decided to drop, because wasn't sure its doing enough for its price, also lingering weird aftertaste.

my regimen is dutasteride and een injections weekly.
I lowered my dosage since my last levels showed 900 pg ml of e and now im injecting
5 mg weekly (since 2 weeks)
t 20 ng dl and dht 4 ng dl

i slowly taperd off cpa and cut it off completely dropped it like 1 month ago
