dutasteride but also not working fir him . we both started loosing hair at 21 we caught up right away at a Norwood 0.5 starting with finasteride but we both noticed it wasnt doing anything after a year so we switched to dutasteride still nothing and added min and it worked instantly just i stopped as it was messing up my face

Maybe try oral min twice a day instead? I may do that. 3mg morning 3mg night.

Just catching up on your comments. There probably are a few mutants out there with high sulfotransferase in their scalps who may do better on topical than oral. The Welshman was one such case. However, it’s quite rare. Still I think you should get off dutasteride.

Standard DHT test (EIA) is fine as long your T is low, because it might mistakenly read antibodies of other similar to DHT molecules (T in our case) if they are present in large quantities. LC-MS is ofc better, but its hard to get by in most countries, and EIA is legit anyways if on hrt, and can only ovestate levels by a little (never understate).
P.S. Read studies dude, you don't even need to know much to get the gist of them and you'll become less annoying instantly.
