and they don't kept you there? i got put in against my will when i was 26 ( i was nw1 then tho ) and they wanted to kept me there for 6 month but in france they are crazy strict with that . i managed to climb the fence and escaped after 5 days . highlight of my pathetic existence tbh
I went there because I wanted to but they said I didn't belong there so they discharged me from there. I am sorry for what you had to live back then

They use similar ingredients. Astrovials just use lot of benzyl benzoate which makes the solution more aqueous but can give allergic reaction to the skin in some people and a small bump (some including me suspect it can even give a shorter half life due to depot being consumed faster). Voix Celeste vials do not have that ingredient so there is no risk of allergy. Rest of ingredients are the same. If you choose estradiol enanthate(which I think it's the best especially for beginners) , the most popular schedule is once a week injection between 4-6 mg per week depends on the person. I usually inject subq on the gluteal area because I am extremely skinny and I only have very little fat there. Also I found that area pain free in my case. You can also inject on the belly, upper thigh
Do you have some video how to inject?

Did you measure your DHEA-S and Androstenedione? These are the only significant adrenal androgens that are mandatory to know when you already have below 30ng/dl T. If DHEA-S is 1-5µmol/L or below and Androstenedione is <1-5nmol/L, you shouldn't worry about your adrenal androgens.
Also, did you try taking a high dose of injectable estradiol without CPA? I ask, because if you had inflammation on a high dose E, there's a good chance that it's due to COX-2. Potent progestins are actually good at inhibiting it, while high E could potentially upregulate it. There are also very inflammatory IL-6 and CRP (overall inflammation marker), but CPA doesn't influence them that much, whereas high E can slightly reduce IL-6, but can increase CRP (especially oral route). In any case, if you take oral E, just stop, especially if you have slow COMT, that's a death sentence.
Also, did you try taking progesterone itself? At 200mg rectally it's actually good for inhibiting both COX-2 and IL-6. Ofc, If you'll decide to take it, you better be on Duta for obvious reasons.
Lastly, I wouldn't recommend taking corticosteroids for mild inflammation/hairloss problems, especially Dexa. Long term use starts to mess with mineralocorticoids and withdrawal syndrome is crazy with it. For me it was very low BP, bad headaches and even heart problems. Wouldn't recommend 0/10. If you want to test the waters, start with Prednisolone 5mg/ 2 times a day, but again, better not.
dutasteride sucks I don’t like it personally
Prog somewhat helped i think but my hair is extremely dry and looks thin on prog so I’ll stop likely

I think I’ll try to look for another progestin

Young patient;Dr iam balding and it is causing me distress and anxiety, can you prescribe me spironolactone, propecia can't regrow hair

Doctor: go eat flaxseeds and do head massage, try onion juice on your hair, you will smell like sh*t but it's ok, see me after 6 months

Young patient come back:they didn't work, iam still balding, iam becoming suicidal please help

Doctor: it's okay I will prescribe you anti depressant, try nizoral meanwhile

Family: you are a man, shave it off and embrace your ugliness

Everyone is so cruel

And when they say, you can save money on hair products because you are bald, this logic is like saying, oh nice your leg is now chopped off you can save money on the shoe, you know how hard it is to shave your head every 4 days so you won't look like a pervert clown, it is pain in the ***

men's appearance doesn't matter in society. all that matters is their ability to complete tasks/generate income. we come from a different generation where most children are basically raised as girls and then forced to fit into the standard 'man' box after puberty. hence why we're fucked up and like looking a certain way only attainable through medication.
