Extremely sensitive hair and Itchy scalp sometimes

I don't know what it is, but my Hair follicles on my head are so ****ing sensitive, with varying degrees of increased sensitivity on the front of my scalp, less so at the back. It's honestly excruciatingly painful If I touch my hair at the very front of my hairline, my hair has been like this for over a month maybe longer. I'm not sure when it started but Its gotten to a point where I can't even let my hair rest normally, I have to style it, because if my hair moves even an inch I get what could only described as a tingly feeling on my scalp, you wouldn't believe how annoying it is. I also seem to get insane scratching, though has passed given the few days....
Guys do any of you suffer from this and could this have anything to do with hair loss?
How do I fix it????
I shower once a day
No dandruff.

Btw hopefully I should be getting my hair cut tomorrow the pain of having hair is too much.
