Few Questions!!

Sorry but im new on here and have a few questions, im 20 and im pretty sure that my front hairline(corners) are starting to receed so just needs to ask a few things so i know what to do if it becomes clear that im thinnig!

Should i go on Finesteridem or Fincar? and should i go on these on there own or with something else?

If worst comes to worst and u lose ur hair do transplants just automatically fix it, like stay in your head forever so in other words u have ur hair back?

What would be the cheapest place to get medication in the UK, and do they sell Finesteride, Nizoral ect in "Boots" ect?

And if im not 100% sure im balding should i hold out before taking medication?

Yes you need to show you've got a prescription from a doctor if you're buying in the UK. Funny thing is you can buy from abroad and not need a prescription. I've only bought from a UK chemist (at first) or overseas by internet (nowadays) so that may have changed.

I take a generic 5mg (finasteride) Proscar and split it into 2, eating a half every 2 or 3 days. If you take the real McCoy it's one tablet 5 times a week, then 2 days off. It's more controlled that way but also a lot more expensive.

As to the best solution, we're all individual. I've personally noticed since starting using Propecia the old libido has gone down very slightly, which is actually a bit of a relief for me :whistle: . We're all different so you may have no side-effects, few side-effects or plenty. You won't know until you try.

No it's not. propecia 1 mg is designed to be taken EVERY day. There are no supposed days off. People only advise cutting Proscar into 4ths and taking 1.25 mg EVERY day because it's easier to cut the pill into fourths than it is to cut it into fifths, and it's way cheaper than Propecia either way.

You yourself would be a lot better off taking a quarter-Proscar(1.25 mg) every day insteady of this random every 2 or every 3 day thing. And shouldn't be taking days off regularly. DHT levels come up pretty quick after stopping Proscar/Propecia so it really is beneficial I feel to take your dose every day. Good to get in a daily habit because it encourages compliance.

some do some dont. just do a search for proscar theres loads of pharmacies online. most of which tend to be blocked on here. inhousepharmacy.com - thats a good one.

didnt block it. ruined the joke really.

i use the fincar and have done for 14 months,used proscar for 12 months,same drug same results
