Hey guys, just been doing some more reading...doesnt look so great...it appears EVEN with a thyroid regimen, hair USUALLY doesnt come back...but Im guessing they mean in extensive cases, and usually doesnt mean always...@ the worst, solving my energy crisis problems in the morning will be a big boost. Thanks for the support guys!

The worst thing you can do to yourself is delude yourself into thinking its not male pattern baldness. Yeah just stay off meds and let it get worse =\

off all the member that have been here...how many have actually not had male pattern baldness and how many have actually discovered something else was triggering their hair loss? My guess is not many.

Doesnt matter. You dont need to be a prick about it. Like I said if i had crown thinning or a receding hairline PURELY i wouldnt even touch it. Im losing a little bit on the sides of my head, which is worrisome to me. My dad has lost even some density in the very bottom of his horeshoe (hes like a NW3-4) but the middle and side parts of his horeshoe are fine. My hair probably wont even grow back as my research has indicated, but i am 100% sure @ THE LEAST MY thyroid condition has contributed. Im willing to bet without the hypothyroid, id be the nw2 i am, with what was once thicker hair (i still had pretty fair hair to begin with its just very sparse now)

mac, hair loss due to thyroid conditions does often grow back once the thyroid problem is taken care of with medication or whatever.
