You can get generic dutasteride from Oxford Online Pharmacy (they do sell Avodart). With spironolactone, you can get that prescribed from a dermatologist; I get mine prescribed from a dermatologist.

Spiron doesnt work for male hairs though. Only female

Incorrect. Spironolactone has been shown time and time again to work for male hair loss. There are multiple posts on this website which show people use a combination of spironolactone and dutasteride with significant success.

We’re in a similar situation tbf mate. You could consider a hair transplant to fill the corners in, 2000 grafts would cover it. In the uk maybe 6-7k however in turkey £2000 all included I’m going there soon
