finasteride and pimples on the head?

Has anyone had an increase of pimples on the scalp area months after starting finasteride? What does this mean? Thanks.

I have the same reaction at the moment. Been on finasteride for 3/4 months, and the only difference is that I have the odd pimple on my scalp. Sometimes i can pop them, other times not.

No difference in scalp itch which is my most concerning issue.

I'm also using nizoral 3x weekly, if that matters.

I get them too but only when I've used nizoral too many days in a row. I just cut back on nizoral use and they go away.
