finasteride and zinc

I'm taking generic .5mg finasteride every other day with 25.mg zinc everyday and Im curious to whether zinc cancels out the effectiveness of finasteride?

I've heard that zinc is a 5ar inhibitor and I've also heard that zinc increases testosterone which in turn increases dht?

anyone got some info on this?

Zinc will not interfere with finasteride. You could even take potent ZMA supplements with finasteride and it would not affect your hair loss.

cool man thanks. I've heard that testosterone increases while taking zinc which leads to more dht.

I dont want zinc to interfere with any success I get with finasteride, like instead of regrowing hair, it just halts hairloss because I want the full potential success from finasteride


and whats a better aromatase inhibitor? zinc or grape seed extract?

Zinc can supposedly help lower estrogen. It doesn't really increase testosterone all that much.

Some people see benefits using it with finasteride if they have minor side effects.

ok cool. I've heard that grape seed extract is a good aromatase inhibitor as well and it simultaneously lowers dht.

Ive been on finasteride for three weeks now and have switched to taking it every day at .5mg.

no sides so thats always good.

my gym workout has improved a good amount. had a really good session today.

im taking gse as an ai and have stopped zinc
