I found a perfect dosage of Cialis for me (rather high) and was able to maintain rock hard erection at slightest stimulation for 3 days straight.

I was worried that reduced DHT from Dutasteride indeed had negative affect on erections, but even if it did - there is cialis for that.

Bad advice. Also Cialis and v**** effectiveness tend to diminish in a lot of men regardless of the dosage. Unlikely this will continue to work in future

Some guys would say oh it worked 6 years for me. But it's same as some guys saying that finasteride has no side effects at all.

Exactly. Even strong injections into the penis to cause an erection diminish in effectiveness over time.

True. Once you go on that route , you hardly have 4,5 years of sex left. 18-24 months on pgd5 and nearly the same time on injections. So don't do that unless better future cures comes out, which is a possibility once v**** patent expires and pharma companies would need anther cash cow. Of course cash cow would need to work better than the existing stuff.

That’s what a lot of people here don’t understand. They take drug after drug not realising that nothing comes for free and nothing lasts forever.
