When you trust a doctor and a doctor tells you the side effects are extremely rare and just stop taking it if you get side effects and they will go away.

Everybody thinks it's just erectile dysfunction. It's more than that, it's sexual anhedonia, lack of interest, lack of desire for sex. Not just problems having erections it's lack of libido.

No desire for sex.

This isn't anything new, if you look at it this way there are hundreds/thousands of men combined on the forums like Propecia help, solve PFS, Swole Source and here that have been reporting persisting sides that last for years, these forums have been in existence for a long time. The study is basically just looking over medical records of men who have reported this as in the men on the forums above so nothing new.

From my reading I don't believe length of time taking it really matters, I've read so many stories of guys including myself who have taken it for less than a week and their sexual function collapses and then have long term problems HOWEVER I believe there is something in what works for guys who recover, basically exercise, clean living, good diet, fasting all these elements combined do the trick for recovery guys, something which majority cannot stick to hence taking such a long time to recover because they are stuck on trying trt and more drugs.

I believe if men who got hit with sides jumped on the above they would recover far quicker instead of wasting time taking more drugs to fix it and taking four years to bounce back. So don't let anybody tell you there is no hope and it's permanent that's just depressingly defeatist and doesn't help anyone if that's the road you are on how the f*** will you get better with that mindset, for guys who have never recovered would be interesting to see what have they actually done to help themselves get better. There is a way back it's just f*****g hard at the start. Anyway I'm outta here again, good luck.

buti come to believe half of these stories are lies specially the 1-2 pills stories I found zero proof for there stories cuz the stopped replying too tell there conditions or how they are doing or the fucked them selfs up with other things because if this drug is as strong as the internet says then half of the transgender would reached there goals in matters of weeks so the long term using have absolutely all blame really even cd admitting haveing sides from 8 month in but he keapt taking for 4 years ne seans in comparing guy took one pill to a guy took it for 4 years

i got numbness before in 2010 a bowl of boiling water was spilled on my lap causing burns in my pupic area and my dick I fealt so much pain that i dont want fir my worst enemy and i could have ended with ed for life but my doctor gave mr creams to eas mu burns and told me u will be ok so in matters od 2 months i was back to normal the doctor was a friend with my brother who is also a doctor after my brother saw how i was mentally fucked by these stupid stories online he called his friend who helped my burned dick lol he told me that there was huge risk that mu nerves wont come back but i told u it will and u recoverd so wake the f*** up and forget about this sh*t

or the other guy have q full turn male to female sides from minoxidil foum????

Yes a lot is psychological I agree BUT I have lost sensation in my dick that is still not right and has not recovered I have also developed a noticeable curve in penis that was not there before I took finasteride so not everything is in the mind, it's a hormone altering drug, of course it can possibly damage you. I am doing much better mentally as I have been doing healthy living and gym but it still hasn't recovered my sexual function to normal. On occasion sensitivity has improved so I'm very happy with that.

If you don't think that 3 pills can cause side effects then why the f*** are you still here posting all the time?

Move on with your life, I don't understand your thinking at all, if your doctor told you that it doesn't cause ed after 3 pills and you agree then why post all the time, move on with your life, accept it happened and move on? What's the point otherwise. Anyway enough of this I'm not going around in circles with you.

Is this the full study or just a summary? It seems to lack a bit of data to me.

For example: how much non finasteride taking men developed ED.

The only thing I'm wondering is what about people who took the drug for less than 205 days? These seem to be the majority of PFSers

Persistent sides were a reality since 2011 this isn't anything new. The drug causes ED in a small subset of users, this is what the study proved bobby boy
