Finasteride Losing Effectiveness What Should I Do Now?

I've been on finasteride 1mg for complete 2 years now and it has maintained my hair quite well. But now my hair is thinning all over the scalp and making me quite worried as why finasteride has stopped working. I've never tried minoxidil as finasteride was enough for my hair. What should I do now? pls help

maybe you are just going to a shed. wish finasteride helped me maintained...all it did was fucked my full head of hair and now im mad thinning and been on the sh*t for 14+ months

Sorry to hear that bro. I've maintained quite well for 2 years on finasteride with very slow thinning but my past 6 months have been worst with hair continuing to thin with speed. I'm thinking about starting dutasteride. What's your take on it? Should I start 0.5mg 2 times a week with finasteride on remaining days?

It's worth a try. I did it. Got more sides and honestly I did not see much difference. Every time I took a duta(it was legit as I had a prescription) it make my stomach ache bad. My body was telling me something.

Did it stopped your hair loss? The only thing I'm concerned about is halting my hair loss. Plus I've heard from places that dutasteride can f*** your front section pretty quick and things don't get better.

I’m trying adding 3 or 4 tablets of finasteride to my minoxidil which I also add RU 3.0g and essential oils do my minoxidil for a nice cocktail! Plus take a quarter finasteride pill a day.
