Has anyone jumped from finasteride to dutasteride after not seeing any benefits from finasteride only to see an improvement once on dutasteride? I just started lipogain twice daily and am still on finasteride but my results have been piss poor. 1 month into lipogain and going through a nasty shed. If I don't come out of it with results I might jump on dutasteride.

I used Lipogaine once a day toward the beginning of my treatments with minoxidil foam in the mornings, then stopped for a few months because of the cost. I recently started Lipogaine again (about a month ago) and started shedding like crazy. I think this is because Lipogaine works so much better than minoxidil foam as far as absorption. I'll continue to stay on it. Been on my regimen for about a year with very good results. I used Lipogaine for about three months in the beginning of my treatments then stopped, believing there was no advantage over regular minoxidil. But now I don't think this is the case.
