Yup been taking it for over 5 years with no side effects ever.
I don't exercise much. I eat out quite a bit but cook around half my food from scratch. When I cook I only use chicken and other lean meats. Red meat rarely. When I eat out I get burgers or whatever mostly because they're cheap. Pretty average diet, maybe slightly healthier because I avoid fatty meats and use half the salt most recipes call for.
I don't think diet or lifestyle has anything to do with hairloss. It's overwhelming genetic
