You think I should do that based on my situation so far? What do you mean by really slow?

Like I've been doing it for 5 months and seem maybe a millimeter of movement on one side (more on the other, though I had lost more there). I would say go for it, if you're gonna be autistic about this go big or go home.

@countjulian Surely switching regime this early won't be beneficial? Give it atleast 12 months imo. You can add derma aswell though + minoxidil

Yes I think I'll add derma into it

Just saw my hair again, I hate looking at the hairline, it's like watching my hair recede every day when I lift it up coz normally I style my hair to a side and downwards so it's not detected.

I find it so hard to be positive, it's like how much is it going to recede and thin before it gets better and will it get better? :(

I hope that it will for you. Perhaps it is that finasteride simply isn't strong enough. I'm not sure if there is a way to ever tell. Try to be patient bro. Maybe get a new haircut that doesn't put too much emphasis on your hairline for now. Maybe try dermarolling in the mean time/minoxidil. If no good results occur after 12 months maybe go for dutasteride? As mentioned earlier though, I am NOT sure about what negative sides/risks will be taken if you take duta

Ok I 'll try that, is there any optimal time to derma roll?

What's your situation, have you been through someting like me from my pics? Eg. Temple then gradually hairline thinning while on finasteride? Anything positive come out of it?

I'm not on finasteride mate. only minoxidil, derma and nizoral. Too young for finasteride atm.
