Hi team,
I'm grateful to find a there's a community for these sorts of issues.
Basic facts:
24 Y/O
Propecia and Minoxidil 5% (regaine) foam - 1 & a 1/4 years
I've taken some pictures to show the white bulb + flake like substance on the end of my hairs.
The bulb that you'll see at the end of my hair does vary in size, sometimes its two or three times as large. I think the substance is keratin but I'm unsure as to the reason for the size variance. Could it be because of the Propecia, or the Rogaine that's applied to certain areas of my scalp?
This additional flake like substance (potentially excess Keratin?) is easily removed by a light pull with my fingers, whereas the normal bulb isn't easily removed.
Does anyone know what might be happening here?
Cheers
