well i call moles things that stick out and they dont stick out. more like permanent freckles or some sh*t. I DONT KNOW.

and since you're all sooooo f*****g interested, they're nowhere near that noticeable in reality, in fact i didn't even know i had them till i read this and had it pointed out by the Health & Beauty editors for Cosmopolitan magazine. And I look at my scalp twice a day.

It's Monday and it feels like a Sunday and I'm bored, so thought I'd update this thing here...

FACT ME TILL I FART:

- Propecia 1mg daily for 8 months
- Rogaine Foam for 7 weeks
- No side effects
- Hair loss (at least) hasn't progressed any further since starting finasteride.

Here's a pic of the beginnings of regrowth on Rogaine foam:

temple_newlong.jpg

This is my left temple. Everything you see there that isn't a terminal is new in the last 2-3 weeks. its covered in a ton of vellus which you can't make out.

This is the first time I've been able to photograph it properly, before I think they were too light or vellusy or something. They're definitely getting darker and darker. Good.

But don't really care about my temples, just want to fix my vertex. Too hard to tell if that's improving yet. With the temples it was easy because that area was slick bald before :)

anyway not amazing - but somethings working.

I haven't noticed any shedding yet - but then again my hair is buzzed right down. Im gonna start growing it out nearer the 4 month mark to gauge any improvements

Really good gains. My hair is strange, its receading badly, but where it grows its very thick. I am thining at the crown as well. I've been on finasteride for 3 weeks with a bit of shed, I do hope my hair reacts to these treaments in the way yours has.

you got long way to go bro, finasteride will start to show a difference in your hair after 3-4 months

Argh, thats at least 3 more hair cuts then. :(

I bought some clippers last week, we have been having a stare down at each other ever since, I nearly let them win. Something inside me won't let me do it. I do know deep down its the answer to all my problems!

Re: flimflams story

if i have the good head shape and the facial structure to pull it off, I will just shave my head, I feel like its the best solution after all.

unfortunately my head shape is okey but i dont have the facial structure to pull it off.

The cheekbones and jaw definition stuff is total bollocks imo. I think the head shape/size is the only factor that matters.

Re: flimflams story

yeah, I agree to a certain extent. I have seen guys with really odd shaped heads that just didn't suit it at all. But you don't need the perfect "light bulb" shaped head to get away with it. It's not that important.

Remember, only baldies notice these things :)

Yeah I think the flat-back head is the worst, the one with no curve at all in the back.
