Does anyone have an reports on how much fluridil is absorbed into the bloodstream when applied? I'm looking to discover the risk of side effects from using this powerful antiandrogen

I was thinking about using both Fina and the Fluridil to combat DHT both internally and topically. I am not using minoxidil ans i just want to maintain the hair i have and save it for later when i need regrowth.

In your regimen it says your using minoxidil 5%. Did you quit?

Two things on the fluridil site irk me. First, it gives Propecia's reported success rate as being "30-50%." Now, we've been given a higher figure than that almost everywhere else. Someone's wrong, and I hope it's this site.
The other thing is, I couldn't find anything on there that explains exactly what fluridil IS or how it works. Is it actually a DHT inhibitant? Or is it something else? Maybe I missed it.
Fluridil is not an antiandrogen. Actually the way it works, it makes the receptor inactive so hormones like DHT and Testosterone and the like won't attach its self to it. Basically it just puts the receptor to sleep so it won't work. Hope I was helpful.

The Funkster uses Fluridil and he's had awesome results. Too bad he doesn't post here anymore. Does anyone have the link to his website?

That's essentially what the word "antiandrogen" means! :)

Smart ***? If you think about it antiandrogen means that it goes against the androgen, while fluridil goes against the receptor. Ha ha ha. Yes, I can be a smart ***, but this time was not intentional. Fuckin sh*t, I can tell this is going to be a long thread already. Simply put, fluridil probably does a fine job at stopping hairloss. The only way to find out is to try it. Give it a few months. If the sh*t don't work then drop it. Stick with spironolactone instead if it fails. One question to you all : If one were to use minoxidil with the fluridil, then you should apply minoxidil first, let it dry, then apply fluridil, correct? Since fluridil breaks down in an aquaous(sp?) enviornment then you definitely wouldn't want to apply minoxidil after fluridil.

Let's be nice, guys! :)

Just as a matter of fact (I'm stating this in a simple, direct, non-confrontational way), the term "antiandrogen" as used by doctors and scientists means any substance which blocks androgen receptors, preventing androgens from attaching to them and carrying out their various androgenic effects.

Even though you are asking Bryan this, I think that fluridil would be an option for people that don't want to use Propecia for various reasons. Kinda like spironolactone. I use topicals only and so far my results have been quite good. I will use Propecia only if I really have to. I bodybuild(naturally) and I have heard from numerous amounts of bodybuilders that Propecia can destroy gains because DHT is a very good muscle builder. More so than testosterone alone. But then again there have been some that hardly have any sides at all with Propecia usage. I might give fluridil a whirl just to see if the stuff works good. Use it in the morning and at night use spironolactone.

What bothers me about this stuff is when you go on the website they say something like, "" There SEEMS to be no systematic side effects using this product topically"". I think fluridil needs to be studied a little more throughly before people start using it. When it is sold in the U.S.A I will consider it because it seems to be very promising.
