Topical spironolactone could really be pretty effective if it had some better vehicle. Will we ever actually see it beyond some underground manufacturer on a small scale volume? A lot of stuff like RU just doesnt have a safe reliable supplier IMO although I know the people will argue and say kane or some other supplier in china. To me those arent safe and reliable
