Shampoo's in general (except for Nizoral) don't really *do* anything for hair loss. They don's stay on the scalp long enough to help on their own. Shampoo really is a choice of your own as to what you want to use, as it wouldn't make much diff anyways. As long as you're on an anti-inflammatory shampoo like Nizoral as part of your regimen, the rest is, as they say, butta.

The way i look at it, it's not a bad idea to use a shampoo like folligen on your off-nizoral days.. I usually leave my conditioner in for 5 minutes and any residue of copper peptides can't hurt.

im with gourmetstylewellness.com on this one, I dont think shampoos really amount to crap all save for scalp condition.

Since I got folligen into my regime , my scalp has been it ch free. Best product I have tried yet for it by far.

Then how do you explain the effects of nizoral?
