Folligen shampoo vs. Folligen conditioner

For all you Folligen users out there:

'm almost done with my first bottle of Folligen conditioner and I was deciding whether to spend my money on more of the conditioner or try the shampoo. Since the shampoo gets rubbed into your scalp more, wouldn't it have a better chance of getting absorbed? I do use the Folligen spray so it's not a big deal but just wondering if anyone had an opinion on this. Thanks.

Dr. Pickart does not claim hair growing properties for either substance. So absorption is not an issue. But, both products do an excellent cosmetic job and I would get them both. You only need to add the conditioner every third app or so.

Good luck

Bruce, I thought absorbtion would be an issue with anything that is going to help your hairloss... I realize Folligen won't make the hair regrow, but is it not supposed to help with shedding? If so, don't you want it on your scalp? I did not think Folligen was something that just made your hair look nice, like a volumizing product or something. Confused...

Folligen comes in three varieties designed to be LEFT ON the scalp. The shampoo and conditioner are not!

Yes, you must leave the lotion, creme or spray on for them to be absorbed.

Not so the shampoo or conditioner.

Make sense??

Any idea how long folligen needs to be left on for optimal absoption? Lately I've been using folligen and then showering 2 hours later.

I have been using it twice a day, leaving it on overnight and then like you in the AM.
