Folliplus Factor - Is This Product Effective?

I came across this product at a local drugstore. Based on the ingredient list, do you think this is an effective product for preventing hair loss and/or promoting hair growth?

In my opinion the only reason to try it would be if for some reason you can't use minoxidil or finasteride. If you're already on the big 3 then fancy topical treatments aren't going to help much. If they're your only treatment then yes, it's probably mildly effective. They wouldn't sell any if it didn't at least slightly work for a short period of time. Their website is certainly convincing, but then again good marketing can be very persuasive.
