Food That Makes My Hair Fall Out

This is an unusual topic, but I have observed in the last 23 years of my male pattern baldness that certain foods make my hair fall out; Apple Juice, Tomato Juice, Kool Aid, Gatoraid, Orange Juice - basically anything with citric acid in it. If I consume any of these liquids or foods that contain citric acid my hair will shed like crazy for several days. Unfortunately there are so many foods that contain citric acid it's almost impossible to eliminate them entirely from my diet. Since I miss some of these foods sometimes I'll go on a binge and I always end up paying the price.
I'm just curoius if anyone has also had the same experience?

No, I have never eaten any food that makes my hair fall out. If any food could make hair fall out, then all of us would probably have been born bald.

The only situation I could think of is if it was some type of allergic reaction. Even still that wouldn't be permanent hair loss.

I've read all around about certain foods, drinks, habits which are bad/good for male pattern baldness. It's possible certain things could somehow cause increased hair loss or be bad if you're male pattern baldness, unhealthy habits like eating fast food all the time or smoking or drinking heavy, having too much sugar, etc.....But none of these cause hair loss. Bald men aren't bald because of diet or because of stress or any reason like that, they are because of genetic traits which make their hair sensitive to androgens, specifically DHT. Changing your diet or habits, or eating things you might have issues with could benefit your overall health but it's not going to stop you from losing hair if you have male pattern baldness.
