FRANCE NEEDS SOME ADVICE PLEASE !

Hello guys

I am 19 and i have a receding hairline.
I speak hardly any english so excuse me for my mistakes.
France lags behind the usa about meds and informations against hairloss.
We need some good advice please. Through our forum we mainly use only minoxidil, food supplements and propecia. Unfortunately many of us have side effects with propecia.
What's the others possible effective treatments against hairloss ?
I heard about RU58668 i know it's a french 'breakthrough' but we have no data about this product . Could anyone sum up what is it ? Is it effective ?
I can't read all the threads.
I hope that anyone can help me out in order to spread the informations through french forums.
There are a lot of bald guys here and there are often very young but we are not numerous to atempt something against hairloss.
Balness is pretty taboo here.
I hope to have any answers in order to help french against this f*****g hairloss.

But I have questions:
Where can I purchase nizoral shampoo 1% oonline ? It doesn't exist here
And according to you what's the best treatment against hair loss without sexuals side effects ( i used propecia and saw palmetto and i had weak erections with both) ?

finfighter's giude is the best.

If you're really serious, you could consider dutasteride (works like propecia, but is proven more effective).
But I wouldn't do it if I was worried about sides...
