been a couple weeks on finasteride and at first i thought i dodged all the sides, but last couple days i haven't even had a single erection...though i really don't care because im single, but hoping it will work out.

i started feeling the mind fogginess today, went to the apartment office to drop off rent, then when walking back i just kinda blanked out for a few seconds, and then found myself trying to open the door down the hall instead of my apartment...it really freaked me out...

i really dont care, as long as it helps me get my hair back...and im hoping the sides will go away soon...

the one thing im scared about is gyno...PLEASE DONT LET ME GET GYNO!!

It's probably in your head. Keep calm and pop Finasteride daily.

yeahh i tend to get a day or 2 of no erections and thenf or the next week im popping 5 a day.. the foggyness usually happens as hormones adjust... if it ever gets too intense take 1 day off, it helps.. but illuminatiwater is right.. if u dont work out u really should... it really helps while taking finasteride

Gyno is a very very rare side effect of finasteride, it almost never happens on the 1 mg dose. As for the "can't fap" subject: I'm quite sure it's all in your mind. Best advice: stay away from any forum for a couple of weeks and don't think about the whole thing.

Well as someone who's been off finasteride for several months now, I've had my ups and downs since stopping my usage. I had the occasional bad day while using finasteride. I would have not a bit of energy one day, another day I'd space out and forget why I walked into a room, and other days I would have the dreaded limp d*ck. While I was on it, I kinda made peace with the fact that I had the occasional side effect and that it wouldn't be the worst thing in the world if it helped me maintain my hair. Well finasteride ultimately screwed with my hormone production, so I had to cease usage.

Honestly, I'm glad I stopped. I don't want to go bald, but my body feels so much healthier. It's somewhat ineffable, but you just feel the difference. I could barely make it through a 45 minutes in the gym while on finasteride. Now, I'm shredding in there for nearly two hours without issue. Sometimes I used to walk into a room and forget why I walked in there in the first place. Not anymore. It's also nice have a thick, white ejaculate again instead of a watery, clear substance. Most men can take finasteride without skipping a beat, and not notice any differences in any aspect of their life. I wish I was that fortunate -- well, actually, if we're wishing for stuff I want to be a thick Norwood 2 for life, but since we live on planet Earth I need to be more realistic. Basically OP, my advice would be to weigh the pros and cons of your finasteride usage. If you decide your side effects are manageable, then continue on. Looking back though, I'm glad I quit. I'd rather be bald, and at least be able to enjoy slapping the ham (one of the very few simple pleasures you're provided with in this life) than be a hairy beast with ED as well as a litany of other potential health problems. Good luck to you.
