full cap question, nape lifting recently

hey all,

I've been wearing a full cap for about 2 years now and I just recently have been running into an issue where the back of the unit, in the nape area, continues to lift up...even a few hours after its applied with fresh tape and glue. I asked my salon who services/attach the unit if they changed the type of tape or glue and they said nothing has changed. I guess my question is has anybody else experienced this and is there a better way to secure the unit down on my nape? Thanks!

I also wear a full cap, and scalp protector helps with bonding, especially in the nape. I apply it before securing the piece. Have you tried that?
